Operation Manager
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for user operation of kiosk merchants.
Operation and promotion of website platforms, developing operational strategies and plans, and organizing their execution.
Evaluating indicators such as user rate, activity, and user transaction of the platform operated.
Enhance network value through marketing planning activities, increase the activity of members and merchants, increase registration and transaction volume, and promote the increase of various revenue of app platforms.
Job Requirements
SALARY: NEGOTIABLE
Have more than 2 years of Operation manager experience (in the payment industry, POS business) is preferred.
College degree or above in related fields, with rich experience in operational planning and marketing promotion.
Excellent platform operation experience, preferably with a good cooperative relationship with banks.
Data analysis, cost operation, expense budgeting, and am familiar with the workflow of various departments in the company.
Has excellent communication skills, team awareness and execution skills, and has a certain level of pressure resistance.
Able to speak Chinese is a plus.
